Who We Are
Hope In Jesus Church is a nondenominational church and ministry, legally registered as a faith based organisation under Rwanda Governance Board (RGB). We simply believe that anyone is saved by Grace through faith in Jesus Christ the son of God without our works and then live and experience the eternal life while still here on earth, there no point of being saved and still live a same old life in the new life.We believe that a believer is life witness not mere words. Christ’s death and resurrection gave everyone who believes the right to become a child of God without any blemish or spot.
Nevertheless, we also strongly believe that if a person is saved, there is unavoidable journey of transformation from a human mind to the mind of Christ and this is for the believer’s sake to fully know, understand and experience the predestined eternal life by the Grace of God found in Christ Jesus. We believe that Grace is not a sermon or subject or a certain form of a teaching that sweet to the hearers but rather the life and character of God in those who simply believed in his son Jesus Christ and boast not about works.

CHRIST-CENTERED LEADERSHIP: A Christ-centered leader prioritizes God’s will above personally ambition, seeking to reflect Christ’s character in all actions. This approach emphasizes servant leadership, where leaders serve others rather than seek to be served, as exemplified by Jesus Christ (Matthew 20:25-28).
LOVE: Love is central to Christian leadership, guiding leaders to act with compassion, kindness, and empathy (Colossians 3:14).
FAITH: Faith in God provides the foundation for decision-making and resilience in leadership. A faithful leader trusts in God’s guidance and remains steadfast in their commitments, even in challenging circumstances (Hebrews 11:11).
RIGHTEOUSNESS: Righteousness involves living by God’s standards, promoting justice and moral integrity. Christians are called to uphold ethical principles and lead by example, ensuring their actions align with biblical teachings (Romans 3:21-26).
HUMILITY: Humility is a cornerstone of Christian leadership, as demonstrated by Jesus washing His disciples’ feet. Philippians 2:3-4 encourages leaders to value others above themselves, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
INTEGRITY: Integrity entails honesty, transparency, and consistency in one’s actions. Leaders with integrity build trust and credibility, aligning their behaviour with their professed values and principles (Proverbs 10:9).
SERVANTHOOD: Servanthood emphasizes putting others’ needs first, leading by serving rather than exerting authority. This approach cultivates trust, empowerment, and collaboration within teams.
